There is currently contract in place with seed companies that generate very lucrative income.
An abundance of cattle, sheep and goats are grazing the field as well as the pivots on a regenerative agriculture model called, high density pressure grazing (HDPG). Grasses include Rhodes, White buffalo and Smitsfinger which are some of the best grazing grasses in Limpopo.

There are 7 boreholes in total that can feed to a holding dam that feeds the pivots.
The farm is fences with a strong 1,8m high game fence. The houses are separately enclosed with electric fence for peace of mind.
