This spacious two story, 4 bedroom home, has a rustic wooden balcony that overlooks the expansive milkwood trees with views to the ocean and mountains. The back garden is filled with succulents and bird life, with direct access to a path leading to the sea. The long driveway from the private gated entrance will comfortably accommodate at least 4 vehicles.

When you enter the front door to the home you are on the ground level. You walk into the simple downstairs lounge from which there is a full bathroom with bath and shower, 3 bedrooms and a wide open entrance to the downstairs outdoor braai area, pool and garden. The 3 ground floor rooms include - bedroom 1: two single beds or a kind bed when the beds are made pushed together. bedroom 2: a double bed. bedroom 3: a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower (no bath).

When you take the stairs inside the home to the upper level, you enter an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area with gorgeous natural lighting and a wide entrance to the upper balcony that overlooks the garden, trees and sea. The 4th & main bedroom has a large super king bed and ensuite bathroom. This room comes with the most incredible views. A guest toilet & basin is located off the the living space.

The upstairs balcony has external stairs down to the pool/garden/braai area. Both the downstairs braai area and the upper balcony offer long tables for dining and socializing. There are 12 chairs placed in the downstairs braai area, and they can be taken upstairs to sit, not kept upstairs due to the wind. The pool is equipped with a child safe removeable deck pool cover.

The home is proudly pet friendly and amazingly close to the beach.

Situated along the Bokrams river in Kommetjie, the home is one of four in a quiet cul-de-sac. Its private back garden walks out to a public walking path to the beach, but it is a quiet path where neighbors and visitors like to walk their dogs or get to the sea. 200 metres from the home is a lovely childrens play park. Neighbors are mostly families. Kids enjoy skateboarding and riding bikes and you will see many locals headed with their boards to the beach or walking their dogs.
