This well established property provides a beautiful setting within walking distance from the University of Pretoria (TUKS) and within 3 km from the UNISA Campus. The Hatfield Gautrain Station is just 2 km away with Loftus Versfeld and Loftus Park Shopping Mall just 1 km away.

Five units have been made available, three units with a private bedroom and own en suite private bathroom (shower, basin and toilet), and two more units with private bedrooms but sharing a kitchen and bathroom. Two kitchens serve three and two living units respectively. The bedrooms are unfurnished. Arrangements can be made to supply furniture if needed but at an extra cost.
The one kitchen has been equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove/oven (gas HOB), dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven as well as enough cupboard space for each Tenant. The second kitchen has been equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove/oven (gas HOB), washing machine, microwave oven and enough cupboard space for each Tenant.

A preference for female students will be given. The property offers great security, with electric fencing, access controlled automated gate and enough parking for vehicles.
Included in the monthly rental is a weekly cleaning service, wifi and water and electricity. Gas is for the Tenants' own account.

Credit checks and verification will be done. All administration and lease fees are for the Tenants account with one and a half month's deposit payable with the first months rental to secure a unit for 2024. One larger unit can be shared at a reduced rate to each Student of R4,000-00 per sharing Student per month. The single units are available at R5,500-00 each per month.
