Irene Bester is Greek Australian born but a true South Africa for the past 23 years. Irene matriculated and decided off the bat to be a seasoned traveler when a modelling agency scouted her in Sydney and offered her the opportunity to see the world.

Ten years flew by quickly after which Irene realised another dream of hers, to be on TV. Once an avid SABC3 Continuity Presenter, who received numerous accolades for her contribution to the entertainment industry, including "People's choice awards" and a prolific Master of Ceremonies, who made numerous guest appearances on shows like Top Billing and Zoot Review, the need to slow down became evident. Like many city dwellers she and her family gravitated towards a more relaxed lifestyle and Jeffreys Bay suited the bill.

Irene has always ascribed to high levels of excellence and her attention to detail has made her a person who prides herself in being 'first in and last out'. Her love for people makes her easy to engage with and when the opportunity presents itself, will she be celebrating life by breaking a few Greek plates!
