De Zoete Inval is a suburb in southern Paarl and is also a popular option because of the easy access to the N1, Simondium road that leads to Franschhoek and it is right next to the Paarl Mall and estates further south like Paryskloof, Kleine Parys, Groot Parys, Boschenmeer and Val de Vie / Pearl Valley. It is a relatively small suburb and homes here are mostly 3 to 4 bedroom properties which are perfect for smaller families and people looking to downscale.
