1) The main dwelling - Build with stone from the farm itself, and offers an open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area and 1 bedroom with a full bathroom. The living area and bedroom are airconditioned. Floors are tiled. Relax on the beautiful large patio or enjoy a campfire in the boma area, or, as the owners refer to the "family lounge"

2) 3 x Logcabbins - The interior of the units measures 6 x 4 meters with a 2 x 4-meter patio each and is tiled. Two of the units are airconditioned and the third is currently used as a laundry with dedicated water. Next to the log cabins is a full communal bathroom. The setup is perfect to ensure privacy for visiting family or guests.

Water and supply:
The farm is connected to the Magalies pipeline for household purposes. There are 2 boreholes of which 1 is equipped and is used for irrigation of the gardens and the dam. The borehole delivers around about 10 000L per hour. There are 2 x 5000L water tanks. One is used for Magalieswater and the other for irrigation. A beautiful hideout is built next to the dam that contains tilapia, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature and watch the game. A splash pool is situated in the shaded garden to refresh yourself on hot summer days.

Camps and fencing:
The farm is divided into 3 camps. 1 x 2Ha and 1 x 1HA that are used as breeding camps for Ostriches and Boerbokke. Each camp has its own waterpoint. With the exception of 5 HA, the farm is game fenced.

Outside buildings:
A 17 x 7meter stone store room/garage as well as a tool shed/workshop of 3 x 6 meters.
The staff unit has 2 rooms, a kitchenette with shower and toilet.

Security:
All windows and doors have beams as well as outside parameters connected to your cell phone for ease of mind. The farm is fenced and gated.
