The property is located approximately 10 km outside of Randfontein.

The Property:

Rent:
At this moment in time, all accommodation is occupied, except the owner's fully furnished three
bedroom simplex cottage (All furniture, equipment, artwork, machinery and security devices will

Buildings, Amenities and Facilities:
In addition to the above accommodation, the following exists at the property:

weights and pool equipment. There is also a pull-down large screen for videos or lectures.
Gardens and Swimming Pool: The thatched cottages and manor house is located around a beautiful lawn and has within a few meters the games room, duck pond, thatched Lapa, flower gardens, office, library/prayer room and garage to accommodate up to 5 cars.
